I partner with organizations on the projects that matter most — building the right plan, aligning teams around it, and staying on track until it's done. Whether it's a major system implementation, streamlining operations, or untangling a complicated project, I work on everything from small advisory engagements to multi-year program implementations — often in two phases: building the right strategy, then delivering it.
Strategic Planning & Roadmaps
Building stakeholder alignment and guiding organizations through the decisions, tradeoffs, and obstacles that determine whether major initiatives succeed or stall — resulting in a clear, actionable plan your team can execute against. Projects include organization-wide strategic plans, roadmaps for a collection of interconnected initiatives, or plans to ensure a single project is successful.
Program & Project Management
Once a plan is in place, I manage the day-to-day work of delivery — coordinating teams, tracking milestones, managing stakeholder communications, and keeping complex initiatives like system rollouts, website launches, or multi-year programs on course. Engaged as a standalone service or as the next phase after a planning engagement.
Business & Platform Alignment
Helping organizations align people, process, and technology so that solutions actually stick — both within a single department, or across departments like ticketing, fundraising, marketing, and finance. Whether that means a new platform, optimized workflows and integrations, updated configuration, or team trainings, my approach is vendor-agnostic and centers your business needs throughout.
Project Operations & Execution
Identifying where your projects are breaking down — missed handoffs, unclear ownership, customer experience gaps — and putting the right processes, structures, and tools in place. I work to determine the methodology best suited to your team – whether that’s Agile, Waterfall, or a hybrid approach – and help you select and implement tools and workflows so you can execute consistently and efficiently.
Coaching for Project Professionals
Building the judgment and leadership capacity of project professionals so they can navigate ambiguity, lead through conflict, and deliver results in high-pressure environments. Delivered as one-on-one coaching or ad hoc advisory sessions, typically over a 3–6 month timeframe.
